ADMISSIONS

PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE ADMISSION 

1.      Download the Application Form from the Home Page.

2.      Scan and send the filled in Application Form to mtcstvla@gmail.com along with the following documents.

a.      Birth Certificate

b.       Final Exam Mark list obtained from the previous school.

3.      For more details regarding admission and fees please contact school office @ 0469 2690100 / 9947017060

4.       Documents to be submitted once admission  is confirmed.

·       Hard copy of TC (Transfer Certificate) in Original

·       Original Birth Certificate for verification

·       Copy of Aadhaar card

·       Copy of the Mark  list of the previous school

·       PP size photograph of the student

·         After making the fee payment , please send an email to mtcstvla@gmail.com with the following details – student’s full name, standard, total amount remitted and the remittance reference number along with the date of remittance

KINDERGARTEN

Admission to KG section is on a first come-first admission basis. There is no entrance test for admissions in KG classes. Age limit: LKG - 3 1/2 years  as on 31st May

                             UKG - 4 1/2 years as on 31st May

Std 1 - IX

Admissions for Std 1 onwards is based on an admission test and interview.

Overseas students seeking admissions have to go through a telephonic interview after filing the application in the school office.

CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION / DISMISSAL

Management reserves the right to deny admission on the basis of the admission test, age eligibility, conduct or any such information available. Management also reserves the right to dismiss students whose diligence or progress is constantly unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
